Lakki

A Collection of mycelium lighting.

Lakki is a family of floor and pendant lighting that combines fungi with traditional woodworking and modern laser-cutting technology. The wooden parts are turned and routed from solid oak and the shavings are then fed to reishi or turkey tail mycelium to grow the lampshade. The living material is either grown in 3 weeks to a velvety white finish, or in 2-3 months to a piece with mushrooms growing on it.

Floor lamp dimensions: 40 x 40 x 170 cm, pendant lamp dimensions: 30 x 30 x 18.

Each standing lamp comes with an Achille Castiglioni Arco foot switch. Please drop us a message for enquiries.

Check out our short film about the processes behind these lampshades.
